Not in the feed (yet), but here are some freshly-built packages (unofficial,
but they work for me and so should for you):

You will need all three of the packages in that directory (konqueror-embedded,
libssl, libcrypto).

I am also going to investigate getting the *brand new* Konqueror-Embedded Qt2
backport (http://www.basyskom.de/index.pl/konqe) to build for Familiar. Stay
tuned :)
