h5550 0.8.4/gpe Battery status 0%

I have read alot of posts about the battery status being reported
wrong. I when through the "battery relearning" process twice and its
still not right. Heres the status

I have no way to know what the voltage is while trying to recalibrate
the battery but i have completely discharged and then let it recharge
for 7 hours and still nothing. I even when as far as reloading wince
and the battery reports fine.
