I think you'll find that scp relies on the fact that the ssh server on on
the receiving host can run an sftp server. From memory dropbear doesn't do
this, however, it's no big deal to install openssh on the ipaq and enable
this functionality (default?).
For those that want gui access from their hosts:
Works in many *nix "file explorers" (eg. nautilus;)
