What's wrong with scp? I use a nice gui scp client WinSCP and can edit
files in place, move them around, drag and drop from the desktop,
including whole directories. File attributes, whatever. It along with
putty are my only interface with my ipaq web server/data acquisition
system and I can't think of any problems. I keep hearing ftp is
obsolete. Is it not?
