This URL should be in your ipkg configuration files (along with the
other one I sent you). It is the default feed for familiar v0.8.4.

The ipkg utility on your hx4700 supports both http and ftp protocol
based feeds. You should be able to type 'ipkg <package name>' and have
it install just like on your linux desktop with its package tools.

Now if you hx4700 is not networked, that is another issue. But
networking over usb should work at least if not the wlan driver.
