Yeah, that comes up, depending on which bootloader you're starting
with. If you're jumping in with OSLoader (using its built in
bootldr), and then trying to run qflash before resetting, it
doesn't work as advertised.

Thanks for the note. When I wrote the instructions, I assumed that everyone
using them would have a recent bootldr, either by: a) directly following the
CRL bootldr installation instructions (and ignoring the beginning of the
Familiar installation guide) and therefore getting the latest stable, or
b) by having a recent bootldr, and upgrading using the guide.
This is all going to change for v0.5; bootldr docs are going to be entirely
seperate from the rest of the installation. I'll send out some URLs when
it gets closer to completion.
