I don't believe "pocket pc" was trademarkable by Microsoft.

Even if it is, it is just paint; on the scale of different box, partnumber
labels, etc, different flash load, that isn't a signficant problem.

The point being is that having to have different part numbers, etc,
is expensive. Volume is needed to justify this.
