eek make that rz (receive program). I'm the one being a bit thick!
eg. if you were to want to install the package ae, youd download it to your
computer and use minicom or hyperterminal to log in to your ipaq. then you
would type the command rz and get minicom or hyperterminal to send the file
with the zmodem protocol. you would then type the command ipkg install
ae.ipkg where ae.ipkg is the filename of the package you just sent.

sorry if that doesnt make sense - im in the middle of exams and revision so
im brainlagged
