Poss IPKG Bug, Ipkg 116 Segfault and not recording Install state

I have Just Re flashed My Ipaq 3600 with Familiar
Base 0.72 Installled Opie on Friday 12th
Upon running Ipkg Update /Upgrade
Installing libssl ipkg segfaults
Installing libsql by hand with ipkg install -V2 -force -overwrite
Works ...
But ipkg upgrade still tries to re install libsql & then Segfaults

My Feeds are :-

I don't know if the packages are incompatible with
Ipkg ver 116 what other info would "you" like ??
