Bug in ipkg version 0.99.112

Yes I cannot Remember My Mantis Password so Here is The Info..
 
Installing the Ipkg + Libs 0.99.112 By hand running the inbuilt scripts
for the
Install results in no Errors and the ar -x ipkg is ok and untaring
data& control Files fom the the shell works OK

I get the same Error when Installing Other Ipkgs Now
