Setting Ethernet Line Speed

I am Running Familiar 0.72 I want the Force the Line speed of the 8390
ethernet driver to 10Mb Hdx
After some reading I need to run the modinfo command to see what params
I can give the 8390 Driver

The modinfo command gives the following error

Kernel requires old modinfo, but couldn't run modinfo.24: No such file
or directory

I am running

Ipkgfind gives references to modinfo & modinfo.26
