That means that iwconfig is using old kernel headers with a new kernel.

To whomever maintains the iwconfig ipkg: iwconfig should be compiled
against the kernel headers in the ipaq kernel sources, not against the
libc kernel headers (use a -I flag in the Makefile to fix it).
