The unstable "available" file is broken, slightly. There is no blank line
between foal and fscrib, so ipkg finds foal in it but then overrides it with
the fscrib package settings!
Oh, and foal is now 0.5, with more fleshed out menus and some new
fixes/features, at
http://www.uk.research.att.com/~jnw/downloadables/foal_0.5_all.ipk
