Problems installing bootldr

Hi.

Some time ago I succesfully installed v.17 on an iPAQ 3630. Now I
wanted to install Familiar v0.4 on another iPAQ. I uploaded
osloader-1.3.0.exe with ActiveSync and started the loader. Then tapped
on Tools->Bootldr->Run
The boot> prompt showed up in Hyperterminal and I loaded the
bootloader. Then a did pflash 0 0xfff 1 and qflash 2 but the response
was value = 00000000

What can I do now?
