blank screen after suspend/awake cycle

hi.
I've just installed the familiar 0.4 Distro on my new IPAQ H3630.
The common stuff seems to run propperly.
The only problem I have is:

Sometimes after a suspend/awake procedure, a simple tip with the stylus
blanks the screen. I press the button again to awake it and the same behavior
is still there. After two of this stylus-tip/blank/awake (with button) cycles
the problem goes away...And comes again after a random timeperiod.

Any idea how to fix this?

PS: The rewince.sh scriptset seems to have a problem with a failing
reflash-test script. So i have to use Linux ;-)
