If you want to use your terminal emulator, you can run ``rz'' on the iPAQ,
and upload using zmodem. Or you could set up a PPP connection over the
serial port, and get real IP connectivity.

If you can, I'd suggest you get USB net up and running, or try to get ahold
of a PCMCIA sleeve for wired or wireless connectivity.
