A problem to install familiarDid you remember to define you root partition
when setting up the bootldr ?
I missed this instruction the first time I set my iPAQ up and got a similar
error.
From the Install Howto
8<--------------------
At the "boot>" prompt, enter: qflash 1 to detect your flashROM size.
if the result is '0x00170017' then you have a 16MB flashROM and you need to
enter: partition define root 0x100000 0xf00000 16 at the "boot>" prompt
if the result is '0x00180018' then you have a 32MB flashROM and you need to
enter: partition define root 0x100000 0x1f00000 16 at the "boot>" prompt

You should see something like this when typing "partition show" and the
boot> prompt.
boot> partition show

Subject: [Familiar] A problem to install familiar
Dear Sir,
When I install familiar,
Flashing the Root Filesystem
At the "boot>" prompt, issue the following command: load root
However, the bootldr cannot recognize "load root" as following:
boot>help
.....
load [kernel | ramdisk | bootldr | params | usercode | ram]
>boot root
load kernel
load bootldr
load altkernel (alternate kernel)
load usercode
load ramdisk
load params
load ram <dstaddr>
load flash <dstaddr>
load debugger
How to do this?
