A problem to install familiar

Dear Sir,

When I install familiar,

        Flashing the Root Filesystem

        At the "boot>" prompt, issue the following command: load root

However, the bootldr cannot recognize "load root" as following:

        boot>help
        .....
        load [kernel | ramdisk | bootldr | params | usercode | ram]

>boot root
        load kernel
        load bootldr
        load altkernel (alternate kernel)
        load usercode
        load ramdisk
        load params
        load ram <dstaddr>
        load flash <dstaddr>
        load debugger

How to do this?
