I've had with the author of ion about making it even better on the
iPAQ.

I confess that the version of ion in "ion-nasty-hacks" is hopelessly
old. I plan to release the latest version of ion, (with some hacks
that are much less nasty), very soon. And maybe this time I'll even
throw in some documentation... ;)
