Can't be sure, but first of all double check your terminal program's
handshake settings - this is a common error.
Then have a LOT of patience for it to start - in my early days I
experienced that several minutes needed to elapse unless you got it
running instantly. I worked around this by manually starting sx/sz from
one window on my Linux while using minicom to give the receive command
in another.
I neither of these work, I hope one of the the real hardcore guys here
can give further advice. I'm afraid I'm mostly an early adopter - would
love to have the time to do some real hacking, though...
