Bootldr Problem

Hallo,

i've just started to install Linux on my Ipaq 3660.

When the bootldr starts, i get the following messages

I tested that the bootldr flash sector is protected. I got value =
00010001.

But when i try to load the kernel witch Xmodem, the transfer won't
start.

You know, what's wrong?
