Hi,
I just installed familiar with kernel 2.4.7-rmk3-np1-devfs.
My dual pc-card jacket now is working fine. I also installed
the kernel modules for my 3com 3c574 ethernet card.
My problem is that /sbin/ifuser is missing, so the network
cannot be configured. I use static ip (don't have a DHCP configured).
Where can I get ifuser???? Is it needed if DHCP is used instead of
a static IP?
The kernel and root images I used are:
zImage-2.4.7-rmk3-np1-devfs-hh2
task-bootstrap-2.4.7-rmk3-np1-devfs-hh2.jffs2
I grabbed them from:
ftp://lorien.handhelds.org/pub/linux/feeds/lwedemo/
The error message is:
