Minicom works just fine for this purpose. I strongly recommend using Z-Modem
rather than X-Modem (and I'm not sure why they didn't use Z-Modem in the
boot loader), as it's significantly faster.
The command to tell your iPaq to receive a file over Z-Modem is 'rz'.
