Problem with suspend on 3660

Hi,

I just installed the familiar 0.4 distribution. So far everthing is ok
but I have problems with the suspend mode.
Whenever the iPAQ ist back from suspend the display stays "dark" that
means no backlight. And it is also not "active" that means the
touchscreen is not working.

Any ideas?
