DRAM chip location

Hi,

Just wondering if anybody knows which DRAM chip is the high word and
which is the low word on the ipaq? I'm looking at the H3100, but I
suspect it's the same on the H3600.

Looking "through" the screen from the front, beneath the CPU they are
side by side. SO, is the left one the low word, or the right one
(nearest the flash memory)
