The only officially available JAVA VM running under Opie is Suns
reference implementation of the J2ME architecture and the kaffe engine
(www.kaffe.org) with the Qt extensions.
Both are not J2SE implementations.
There are also a few other ones available which wonŽt support graphics
due to a lack of Qt AWT peers (Acunias Wonka, IBMs J9, etc.) and there
is a fully fledged J2RE by blackdown.org running under X11 available in
the familiar feeds.
For completeness IŽd like to mention Ewe (www.ewesoft.com) which is an
implementation of the SuperWaba programming language, a simplified JAVA
derivate which is somehow impressive and integrates nicely.
