If nothing else I would hope that crossposting could be stopped between
these lists.
It is confusing and takes time to read same message from many different
discussion groups...
I must confess that I have done that even by self, but I promise not doing
it again...

I think the real problem is that the 'charter' of the two lists makes it a
little difficult for the newbie to know which is the right list to ask.
Also, of course, there's a considerable amount of overlap in the membership
of the two.
I'm also increasingly less certain how much utility there really is in
having a "general" ipaq-for-linux list (especially given that it's name
seems to lead some newibes into thinking it's a general ipaq list for WinCE
as well). Perhaps, instead, ipaq_at_handhelds.org should be decommissioned in
favor of:
ipaq-linux-newbies -- for newbies regardless of distribution
ipaq-linux-devel -- for ipaq linux developers
My only concern is that enough of the gurus here would be willing to be in
the newbies list -- a newbies list isn't very useful if there aren't
mentors
available...
Thoughts?
Mikey
