at lisa.de are a thread at the forum who write the following:
To make mLinux allocate total size of memory append mem=64M to the
'set linuxargs' bootloader comand line in chat.setparms and rerun
flashipaq
with component 'setparms'.
I f you don't want to edit chat.setparms yourself,
download the new chat.setparms script at
ftp://ftp.lisa.de/pub/mLinux/0.9/fixes/chat.setparms-64
It has to be copied to your 'flashimages' directory and renamed to
chat.setparms.
Then run flashipaq with component 'setparms'.
maybe this helps

Hi
Now I have update my bootloader but ther is still something funny with my
memory. /dev/mtdblock/3 size is still 16MB. The total memory is 48MB. My
iPAQ has 64MB. So where are the 16MB remainning and how can I recover them
and add them to /dev/mtdblock/3
# df -aH
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mtdblock/3 16M 14M 2.3M 86% /
proc 0 0 0 - /proc
ramfs 32M 504k 31M 2% /mnt/ramfs
devpts 0 0 0 - /dev/pts
#
Thanks in advance.
