Who, what, where and how for releases and sources

Where or what or how is current development working going available?

I've been playing with the 0.4 Familiar distribution for a while and am now
willing to try some of the latest changes (even with the issues about
reformatting everything for 0.5).

My question is where are the sources or current (stable or unstable) releases
for all pieces: kernel, / file system tarball, blackbox, bootloader and so on.

I've gone to the handheld.org pages and the familiar pages and cannot find
anything that is current (everything dates back to May). I even guessed in the
CVS CGI stuff that there is a familiar area and a blackbox area but the
familiar area seems unpopulated and slightly dated. The blackbox area seems
like all files are 7 months old!!!

What's the story if I want to get the sources or a latest binary of the
currently 0.4x build?
