Network TIMEOUT Problems- real bad

I having transmit timeout problems big time.
Using familiar-7.1/opie-1.0/Ipaq3670

Using Orinoco or Hostap drivers for two different PrismII wireless cards.
And a NE2000 10/100 nic on the Ipaq 3670.

The PrismII wireless nic's are a Actiontec 802C12 and Addtron AWP-100/ver01.02.

I also have a Linksys WRT55AG Access point hooked up to comcast.net
and from the Access point a PC running a 3com 10/100 nic and another PC
using a Pcmcia/Pci adapter, pcmcia PrismII nic, the same wireless nic's used in my Ipaq 3670,
a Dell Inspiron8100 laptop using either wireless nic's, and finally the Ipaq.

Both of the PC's and Laptop running RedHat9.0 have no problems connected to the access point running
the Internet. The laptop uses the Linux-wlan-ng driver, one of the PC's with the pcmcia/pci adapter
uses the RH9.0 Lucent-Orinoco-PrismII drivers

But using the same nic cards from the PC's and laptop into the Ipaq3670,
TIMEOUT problems, big time, The error messages are listed below
for the wireless and 10/100 nics

Is there a problem with the Familiar-07.1 drivers ???

"This error message is what I get when using a CF/Pcmcia adapter 10/100 NE2000 nic."
