Need Help ! ! ! /lib/libpanel.so.5 and /lib/libncurses.so.5.0

Hi,

I want to download /lib/libpanel.so.5 and /lib/libncurses.so.5.0 files for my ipaq running Familiar v0.7 but I do not know where to find them ! ! ! :-(
I read these could be obtained from th Skif cluster (telnet to ipaq3.handhelds.org and) But I didn't manage to do it ! ! ! ! !
Can you help me ? ? ??
