iPaq 3835 CF Reflash Familiar (n00bie)

Hi all,

I'm attempting to flash my spare 3835 with Opie and Familiar. Problem
is, I can't get the bugger to work correctly.

Here's the stats:

iPaq 3835
Silver Slider CF Sled
320Mb IBM Microdrive with proper files at the root level.

Bootloader is rev 2.20.4

I can get to the ARM Bootloader with no problems.

When I press the CF Reflash tool button (record hardware button), it
says Scanning for images... then Can't read control file (in red).

Any thoughts or ideas on how to make this process work correctly?
