iPaq 3835 Reflash problem (n00bie)

Hi all,

I've got an spare iPaq 3835 that I've decided to flash with
Familiar/Opie (first attempt). I am able to flash the bootloader with
no problems, but I cannot get the reflash routine to work.

Here's the rundown:

Stock iPaq 3835
Silver Slider CF Sled (LSIII)
IBM 320Mb Microdrive (with appropriate files on the root of the fat32
(vfat?) filesystem).

The bootloader is at 2.20.4 rev.

When I press the CF Reflash tool button (record hardware button), it says:

| Scanning for images...
|

Then:

|
| Can't read control file
|
| Press action button to restart the system
|

And if I press a button, I'm back at the bootloader screen.

Anyone have any ideas on what to do?
