The Linux IDE layer does not support suspend/resume on the IBM Microdrive.
Unfortunately IBM followed the specifications to the letter of the law and
their drives require we specifically issue wakeup commands.

The pcmcia layer on PC class Linux will generally work fine because we
power down and reinitialise the pcmcia so effectively we unplug/plug.

According to Andre fixing it requires we switch to the taskfile interfaces
for the newer ide devices. That may not be until 2.5

It doesn't bite people with other drives as they all wake up when asked to
do things, rather than demand specific wakeups.
