New mixer ipkg

I'm releasing a new ipkg for the mixer package that has been recompiled to
minimize the library dependencies and includes some minor changes. Mixer
now only links to libc and xlib (and ld-linux...), so no more legacy X
library dependencies. I also added support for reading xrm stuff from
/etc/X11/app-defaults/Emix which by default sets mixer to override
redirect. I adjusted some events so that you can now move the mixer by
holding down the curvy arrow button and exit it by holding down the Q
button then tapping the mixer. My intention is to make mixer a small dock
application that can be tapped to mute and unmute audio and tapped and held
to bring up volume control.
