New IrDA Wiki (for connecting your iPAQ to your mobile phone)

Hi all,

I've just posted a new Wiki page:

I hope someone can try it out and spot any errors I made. There was
quite a bit of reformatting (to conform to Wiki editing rules) so I hope
that nothing critical went amiss.
