additional-ipaq-stuff.tar.gz
j2re-1.3.1-RC1-linux-arm.tar.bz2
the latter one being your VM, the first one containing some extra
libraries to make your VM actually work :)
This tar.gz is rather big, you can - depending on your needs - delete
some non-critical files like: soundbank.gm & i18n.jar
This should give you a start.
