RE: Where can I get the .config file for a particular zImage?

The .config file for Familiar 0.4 is in the CVS repository as
linux/kernel/arch/arm/def-configs/h3600-familiar.

The .config file for the -devfs zImage is in the CVS repository as
linux/kernel/arch/arm/def-configs/h3600-devfs
