PPP Problem: iPAQ <-> W2K Prof

Hi,

anyone has a working PPP over serial link to a w2k prof box? I think my iPAQ/Linux config is fine but when i try to connect from my windows box it hangs while authorization (which is afaik not needed but i can't turn it out?)
