That fix is already in the unstable feed (and has been for quite some
time). Try installing "xbase-clients" from unstable.

/usr/lib/menu/xrandr is where you want to be. (Easiest fix if you don't
want to upgrade xbase-clients is to download the ipkg, untar it, then
untar the data.tar.gz - from there, grab usr/lib/menu/xrandr and
/etc/X11/xmodmap-* ..)
