3 Questions about the iPAQ

Hey,

I have a bunch of questions about familiar (and the iPAQ in general), so
here goes (please be patient, i've tried to RTFM as much as possible
before writing, so hopefully i don't say anything ignorant).

1) I have an iPAQ 3150 that I got off of ebay a little while ago, I
know this is fully supported yet, but it sounds like great progress is
being made, and I'm reading the Intel SA-1110 docs right now in the
hopes i'll be able to help. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use
my iPAQ yet, because it has this accursed WinCE on it :(. I would flash
Familiar, but I have no serial cable. I really don't want to spend $30
bucks on it, so does anyone know of some schematics or something so that
I could make my own? (i did see the cradle hack, but the 3100's only
come w/ a USB-cable)

2) I really want a hard-drive on this thing so that I can fit a lot of
devel stuff, and mp3's (hehe, i need my punk-rock at all times).
anyway, I've been trying to figure out what would fit in my budget, and
give me a reasonable amount of space (few hundred meg), should I go w/
PC-card sleeve, or CF? Does anyone know of some killer deals on
sleeves/drives?

3) I used to be infatuated w/ Python, and I still love the language,
but recently I've been reading up on Ruby, and it's the greatest thing
I've ever seen (I'm not trying to start a flame war or anything, but I
love the complete-OO). Has ruby been ported to the iPAQ

Thank you,
Cameron Matheson
