Hello!
I am currently upgrading the ipaq, and it is driving me nuts. It needs
hours (jffs2 is logging all the time) and it is frustrating because I do
not know whether I will really have a working system when it is finally
finished.
So I thought it would be nice to install an image on my desktop which I
can than put to the ipaq with the bootldr. How can this be done? I
already compiled jffs2 as a module for my desktop, but trying to loop
mount gives me an error:
defiant:~# mount -t jffs2 -o loop
/other/kurth/familiar/task-bootstrap.jffs2 ./jffs2/
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/loop0,
or too many mounted file systems
Was probably a too naive approach...
Greetings,
Oliver
