Cross Compiling help

Hello!

Instead of just complaining all the time, I thought I do something
useful for the familiar community ;-).

At
http://innominate.org/~oku/ipaq/cross/
you will find instructions on how to compile libglib and libgtk for the
cross compiling environment.

I will update this, and put a few ready ipkg files there (including
diffs to the original tarballs).
