Familiar Kernel Development Tools, Bluetooth Support on Familiar?

Hi,

Could anyone please tell me about any good development environments/tools
for "Familiar" kernel development? Any website providing information on
Linux kernel development for handhelds would be great.

Also, would anyone know whether Bluetooth is currently supported on
Familiar Linux and whether hardware is available for the same?
