Re Linux installation gone wrong.

Hi,
I am just in the middle of a linux installation and have gone through all of
the instructions at the following url
http://familiar.handhelds.org/familiar/releases/v0.4/install/H3600/install.html
at the moment I am at the boot> load root
After that command is issued I get the following messages:

boot> load root
Don't understand command>root<
load <partition>
load ram <dstaddr> <size>
load flash <dstaddr>
boot>

Should I redo the
boot> set linuxargs "noinitrd root=/dev/mtdblock/3 init=/linuxrc
console=ttySA0"
step?

I would appreciate any help. At the moment I am still connected via
terminal emulator and can copy any or all messages in email.
