Problem: Card Services release does not match

I'm trying the double sleeve with an Orinoco card and run into the
same problem with both 2.4.6 and yesterday's 2.4.7 from
ftp://lorien.handhelds.org/pub/linux/feeds/demo. I tried both of them
by following the Wiki page http://www.handhelds.org/z/wiki/Linux2.4.6.
A few days ago I succeeded with the installation, but when I retry
from scratch, I cannot get the orinoco card to work.

During boot the following lines look suspicious:

h3600_backpaq Linux Kernel Card Services 3.1.22
  ...
  SA-1100 PCMCIA (CS release 3.1.22)
  ...
Starting PCMCIA services: modulesinsmod: a module named pcmcia_core already exis
  ts
insmod: a module named sa1100_cs already exists
   cardmgr.
  cardmgr[77]: starting, version is 3.1.20
  cardmgr[77]: watching 2 sockets
cardmgr[77]: Card Services release does not match

Probably my only question is, where do I get a cardmgr from that
matches 3.1.22 modules? In case the problem I have is deeper, I append
the full output of the boot process.

Thanks for any insight on this,
