RE: cannot protect 0xffff with pflash

Don't panic. Don't make any sudden moves.

OK. Do not reset or power cycle the unit, it may be in a bad state right
now.

Read all these instructions, then carefully carry them out.

        set override 1
        eflash 0x0
        load bootldr

and transfer the bootldr. Do not use the pflash command.

If the transfer completes successfully, then you can reset the unit by
pushing the recessed reset button at the bottom right of the unit and
continue with the installation.
