I have installed the blackdown JVM many times without problems.......
However this time... I cant get it going......
I have a 64MB iPAQ, familiar 04 (stable), bash, NFS and portmap installed. I use an IBM microdrive for storing the JVM (which has worked in the past).
If after I install the JVM, I run java and instead of getting the usual description of options , I get this error.
bash-2.03# java
0"å: not found
head: 2: Syntax error: Unterminated quoted string
/usr/local/java/bin/armv4l/native_threads/java: error while loading shared libra
ries: libjvm.so: cannot load shared object file: No such file or directory
bash-2.03#
Sorry, part of it did not come out right....
"å = two dots (each dot being at the exact centre of the character space)
Any help would be most appreciated.............
Thanks
