unrecognized kernel image

Hi, I'm a newbye,
I've installed Familiar V03 version on my iPAQ 3630, following
the procedure in
ftp://ftp.handhelds.org/pub/linux/dists/compaq/ipaq/v0.19/install.html

After successful installation, at step 25 ( At the 'boot>' prompt, type
'boot'. )
 I received the following messages:

boot> boot
booting flash...
kernel_magic=65636236
kernel_region_words[9]=6567616D
Unrecognized kernel image
boot>

I don't know how may I go on! Have I to physically reboot the iPAQ?
