ipaq Installation via hyperterminal (Win NT/2000)

Hello,

1. i want to update my ipaq with familiar0.4. At this time i had installed
mLinux0.9 from Lisa.
    I installed it with Hyperterminal on Win98. It worked.
    Now i'm working with 3 Linux Workstations and one Win2000 Workstation.
    I try to install the familiar-version with the Win2000 Workstation and
Hyperterminal.
    The connection is working (i ca see the boot-loader prompt).
    If i type "load bootldr" and choose a file to install, hyperterminal
does not transmit the file via x-modem.
    The Configuration of hyperterminal is the same i used under Win98.
    What is here the problem ???

2. could i make an update by using the z-modem-protocoll ????
